Fitness Kickboxing is focused around utilizing heavy bags with punches and hand strikes. We also get the body moving HIIT style to get the heart beating fast and burning sweat. We get you up to many beats per minute so you truly get a good workout in. We also leverage gym equipment like heavy balls and elastics to focus core muscle groups.
